2. Spread the Word to End the Word (School Districts) http://www.r‐word.org/
‐ National Campaign to the end the use of the r‐word.
‐ Gather signatures
‐ Sell T‐Shirts
‐ Create Banners and post around school
‐ Compete with other schools in district, signatures, competitions, assemblies, videos
‐ Possibilities are endless (every S.D is different in terms of implementation)
3. Region Competition(s)
‐ Volunteer at Region Bowling, Basketball, and Spring Sports tournaments
‐ Jobs include scorekeeping, awards, timing, etc…
‐ Management opportunities.4. EKS Day in Spring
‐ Organize, develop and coordinate a Eunice Kennedy Shriver Day sports competition at Edmonds Stadium | Events: Running, Jumping, Hitting, Throwing, etc… | (Olympic Town): Dunk Tank, Arts and Crafts, Karaoke.

Our local programs are always looking for quality help. The winter season begins December 1, which means basketball, skiing / snowboarding and skating practices begin. If interested in helping with any of these sports, please contact us.
